Phoebe was rescued from a life on the streets along with her two litter mates, Ella and Sebastian. Phoebe has a wonderfully silky, shiny, all-black coat, and she loves to be petted. She also loves to play! She is approximately 14 weeks old as of November 1. She would love to be your new furry best friend! Her fee adoption is only $25 and she is being fostered in the Orlando area.
